Job responsibilities:

1. Cooperate with analog and mixed signal chip designer to complete top-level layout integration and module level layout design based on CMOS / BCD 0.11 ~ 0.5um process;

2. Be responsible for the area evaluation, layout design and module design drawing of chips and modules, and strictly and carefully complete the rule inspection (LVS, DRC, ERC) and parasitic parameter extraction for each project; Self built version library unit when necessary; compress and save layout area under the premise of ensuring performance;

3. Complete tapeout related work, including data inspection, data backup, e-tapeout form filling, communicate with foundry, and complete job view process.

Job requirements:

1. Major in microelectronics and electronic engineering, college or above, more than 5 years of IC layout experience;

2. Experience of top level integration exprience of digital analog hybrid chips, familiar with Tapout process;

3. Familiar with CMOS / BCD process and design rules, familiar with relevant EDA tools, familiar with the layout design methods and skills of analog / digital analog hybrid circuits, and able to independently complete the layout design of analog modules with high quality;

4. Experience in opamp, ADC, DAC layout design is preferred;

5. Familiar with matching / ESD / latch up / antenna effect principle and design rules;

Job responsibilities:

1. Be responsible for analog integrated circuit design, mainly including circuit design, simulation verification and test verification;

2. Layout design of key modules;

3. Conduct detailed inspection on the layout of the circuit in charge to ensure that the layout meets the circuit requirements;

4. Participate in the development of test specifications and assist test engineers to complete the laboratory test and ATE test of the chip;

5. Guide layout engineer to complete layout design

Job requirements:

1. Electronics, microelectronics, integrated circuit, communication and other related majors; More than 5 years related work experience;

2. Master the design method and theory of analog circuit;

3. Be skilled in using EDA tools of digital and analog integrated circuits, and master the post simulation verification process;
